Meta commits to not developing artificial intelligence.
According to Meta company, some artificial intelligence systems such as "high-risk - extreme-risk" systems can assist in executing electronic, chemical, or biological attacks. The difference is that "extreme-risk" systems may lead to uncontrollable catastrophic results, whereas "high-risk" systems may aid in carrying out an attack, but can be relatively controlled as they are not as effective as extreme-risk systems.
