A responsible source at the Syrian Ministry of Defense stated, "We urge all our people to stay away from military operation areas to ensure their safety."
According to SANA, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Hassan Abdul Ghani, mentioned that "after restoring security and stability in the coastal cities, the second phase will begin, aiming to pursue remnants and officers of the defunct Assad regime in rural areas and mountains."
SANA added that "lawless groups are attacking a gas facility in Banias to sabotage the infrastructure, and the General Security Forces are still confronting them."
