Number 1 Returns: Mohamed Ramadan Tops Social Media Conversations

The Egyptian star Mohamed Ramadan has ignited social media once again after posting a picture on his Facebook account showing him getting a haircut, with the number one drawn on his head.
He commented on the picture saying:
"Number one ... people call me that and create a knot for others ... for the sake of our God and then the people ... his reputation burns the whispering devil."
The picture received wide interaction from followers, many of whom expressed their longing for his presence in the current Ramadan drama season, noting that he will always remain "Number 1" no matter the circumstances.
Meanwhile, others wondered if the picture was a veiled message directed at a specific person or entity.
In another context, Ramadan responded to the criticisms he faced after releasing his latest song with Lara Trump, which stirred controversy due to the absence of the Egyptian flag in the music video.
He clarified in a phone call with a television program that the song was filmed at Lara's family's home in Miami, and that the filming atmosphere was family-oriented and special.
Ramadan added: "We are honored by our country in the world and are lucky to have been born Egyptians ... and that is the least we can do," emphasizing his constant pride in his Egyptian identity and his commitment to representing his country in any artistic work outside Egypt.
He indicated that he would repeat the experience soon, while ensuring to include words related to Egypt despite the romantic nature of the song.
Mohamed Ramadan will be absent from this year's Ramadan drama, previously stating his desire to focus on his anticipated historical film "Lion", scheduled to be released during the Eid al-Fitr season in 2026, which increases his fans' excitement to see him on the big screen.
