Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi, emphasized that "integrating student energies into projects for building internal peace is a national necessity" as part of efforts to enhance community security and sustain civil peace.

This came in a special statement to "SANA" agency, where Al-Halabi explained that the ministry is working on "providing intellectual platforms within universities that encourage meaningful discussions, and allow all students to interact and participate," noting that this is done in coordination with university administrations and national partner entities.

The minister added that "activating the role of youth initiatives is a priority in the ministry's strategy," aiming to build a university environment based on responsible expression and constructive dialogue, contributing to the consolidation of peace and coexistence values.
