Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, after his meeting at the White House with U.S. President Donald Trump, confirmed that Ukraine is committed to its entire territory and will not give Russia anything from it. He added via his Telegram channel that he hopes for the support of his country's partners for this position.
Zelensky pointed out that the language of power is necessary in dialogue with Moscow, stating: "Russia only understands the language of power, and therefore peace through the display of power can succeed".
In a related context, U.S. media reported that his meeting with Trump did not yield the desired results, as the meeting ended suddenly after two and a half hours, amid reports that U.S. special envoy Steve Whitkoff demanded Ukraine to vacate territories in the Donetsk Republic.
