UN and European Delegation Visits Manbij Hospital to Assess Medical Needs and Enhance Health Services

During the visit, the delegation reviewed the hospital's situation in terms of equipment and infrastructure, and listened to the medical staff about the main challenges they face in providing healthcare, especially in light of the increasing pressure on health institutions due to the current humanitarian conditions.
This visit is part of an international support plan aimed at enhancing the capacity of local hospitals to respond effectively, providing medicines and medical supplies, and developing emergency and primary care departments, ensuring that services reach the largest possible segment of the population and displaced persons.
Manbij National Hospital is one of the most prominent health facilities in northern Syria, serving thousands of patients monthly, and it plays a pivotal role in providing medical care amid the security and logistical challenges facing the region.
