Mr. Mohammad Skaf assumed the position of Minister of Administrative Development in the new Syrian government on Saturday, March 29, 2025, following the announcement of the government formation.

Skaf, born in 1990, holds a professional master's degree in administration from Idlib University with distinction, in addition to a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the same university.

The new minister has extensive experience in the administrative and financial field, having held several important positions, including: member of the Administrative Monitoring Committee, head of the General Financial Budgets Committee, Director of Fixed Assets Management, General Manager of Human Resources Management, head of the Organizational Structures Committee.

Skaf has also previously worked within the Syrian Interim Government, qualifying him for this high position in the new government.
