Al-Shara appoints Haitham Fayez Bakour as General Director of the Euphrates Dam Authority

President Ahmad Al-Shara issued Decree No. 183 for the year 2025, appointing Haitham Fayez Bakour as the General Director of the Euphrates Dam Authority.
