Qatar: The Israeli Aggression is a Serious Incident that Requires Urgent International Action

The Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, Ambassador Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani, sent an official message to the United Nations Security Council condemning what she described as the "criminal and cowardly Israeli aggression" against Qatari territory, asserting that Doha "will not tolerate the aggressive behavior of Tel Aviv".

The Qatari ambassador emphasized that this aggression constitutes a blatant violation of international law and represents a serious threat to the security and safety of citizens and residents in Qatar.

She added that what occurred is considered "a highly dangerous incident that requires attention and immediate action from the Security Council and the international community," confirming that the Qatari authorities have initiated investigations at the highest level and will announce the details as soon as they are available.

Qatar, through its message, affirmed that protecting the sovereignty of states and ensuring the security of their peoples is a responsibility that cannot be taken lightly, and that international accountability has become a necessity in facing what it described as Israeli aggression.
