President Al-Shara: Negotiations with Israel may lead to results in the coming days

Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shara said today, Wednesday, that the ongoing negotiations with Israel to reach a security agreement may yield results "in the coming days".

Al-Shara added, in statements to reporters in Damascus, that the security agreement is a "necessity", clarifying that it will require respect for Syrian airspace and territorial integrity, subject to United Nations monitoring.
