The Qatari Amiri Diwan confirmed that the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a phone call from the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, who expressed the full solidarity of the Sultanate of Oman with Qatar and strongly condemned the Israeli attack that targeted residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders within the country.
The Sultan of Oman emphasized that this attack constitutes a criminal act and a blatant violation of all international laws and norms, and poses a direct threat to the security of Qatar and all countries in the region.
He confirmed his country's firm rejection of any aggression that affects the security and safety of Qatar and threatens the stability of the region, affirming Oman's support for Qatar in all measures it will take to protect its security and assert its sovereignty.
For his part, Emir Tamim stressed that Qatar will not hesitate to take all necessary measures to protect its security and maintain its sovereignty in the face of this blatant Israeli attack.
Additionally, Emir Tamim received similar calls from several leaders and heads of state around the world, including the Saudi Crown Prince, the American President, the Emir of Kuwait, the President of the UAE, the King of Jordan, the Egyptian President, the Turkish President, the Somali President, the Syrian President, the Mauritanian President, the Iranian President, the Iraqi President, the Indonesian President, the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council in Sudan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Britain, and the German Chancellor, all confirming their solidarity and support for Qatar in this crisis.
This development comes at a time when the region is witnessing escalating tensions, with increasing international and Arab responses to the Israeli attack, which Qatar and sister countries considered a serious aggression against its sovereignty and security.
