Hind Qabwat Represents Syria at a High-Level UN Meeting on the 30th Anniversary of the Global Youth Action Program

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Qabwat participated today, Friday, in the high-level general meeting organized by the United Nations General Assembly in New York, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Global Youth Action Program.  

This participation comes as part of Syria's commitment to enhancing national policies that support youth and exchanging experiences with member states on mechanisms for empowering them in the fields of development, education, and economic and social integration.  

It is expected that Minister Qabwat will present during the meeting an overview of the Syrian government's efforts to support youth, especially in light of the economic and social challenges they face, along with emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in building a more inclusive and just future for the coming generations.
