Draft Statement of the Doha Summit: Comprehensive Rejection of Israeli Aggression and Affirmation of Arab and Islamic Unity

In the draft final statement of the Arab Islamic summit held in the Qatari capital, Doha, today Sunday, the participating countries expressed a unified and firm stance towards the recent Israeli aggression against the State of Qatar, affirming their absolute rejection of any attempts to justify this aggression under any pretext, considering it a blatant violation of national sovereignty and international law.

The statement emphasized that the repeated Israeli threats to target Qatar again represent a serious escalation that cannot be ignored, calling on the international community to take immediate action to put an end to the ongoing Israeli assaults in the region, which threaten regional security and undermine peace efforts.

The leaders also affirmed their full support for the efforts made by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States to stop the aggression against the Gaza Strip, noting that any Israeli attempt to impose a new reality in the occupied Palestinian territories is an unacceptable violation, and that the displacement of the Palestinian people under any name is a crime condemned by all standards.
