Draft Statement of the Doha Summit: Comprehensive Rejection of Israeli Aggression and Affirmation of Arab and Islamic Unity

The statement emphasized that the repeated Israeli threats to target Qatar again represent a serious escalation that cannot be ignored, calling on the international community to take immediate action to put an end to the ongoing Israeli assaults in the region, which threaten regional security and undermine peace efforts.
The leaders also affirmed their full support for the efforts made by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States to stop the aggression against the Gaza Strip, noting that any Israeli attempt to impose a new reality in the occupied Palestinian territories is an unacceptable violation, and that the displacement of the Palestinian people under any name is a crime condemned by all standards.
In a clear show of solidarity, the statement expressed absolute support for the State of Qatar, and for the security and safety of its citizens, emphasizing that the Israeli aggression against it is considered an aggression against all Arab and Islamic countries, and against the diplomatic efforts aimed at restoring peace and stability in the region.
The statement also reminded of the collective duty of the participating countries to respond to this aggression, in defense of common security, and to reinforce the principle of national sovereignty in the face of any external threat.
