Deputy Chairman of Hezbollah's Political Council: We Have No Choice But Resistance

Hezbollah's Deputy Chairman of the Political Council, Mahmoud Qamati, stated today, Saturday, that "we have no choice but resistance," following the killing of 12 people, including eight members of the party, due to Israeli airstrikes on sites in eastern and southern Lebanon.

Qamati's remarks came during a speech broadcast by Al-Manar TV at a gathering in Beirut, where he considered that recent developments compel the party to adhere to the option of resistance in the face of escalation.

These statements come amid rising tensions on the Lebanese-Israeli border, following a series of reciprocal strikes that resulted in casualties over the past few days.
