Fars news agency clarified that these attacks resulted in 7 injuries in the Keshordoust and Pastour neighborhoods of the capital, while columns of smoke were seen rising from the vicinity of the Pastour neighborhood, which houses the Iranian leader's headquarters and the presidential palace, giving it significant strategic and symbolic importance.

Safety of Senior Iranian Officials

An Iranian official confirmed to Reuters that Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was not present in Tehran and was moved to a safe location. Mehr news agency also reported that Iranian President Masoud Bezhakian is safe and was not harmed by the strikes.
