"Vampires" Economically .. A Trump Advisor Attacks the "BRICS" Countries

Peter Navarro, the chief trade advisor to former U.S. President Donald Trump, launched a scathing attack on the "BRICS" countries, accusing them of engaging in "unfair" trade practices that drain the American economy.

Navarro stated in an interview with Real America's Voice that the "BRICS" countries primarily rely on the American market, adding: "None of these countries will be able to survive without exporting their products to the United States; they cannot remain isolated from our trade," as he put it.

The former U.S. official also questioned the cohesion of the group, stating that the deep contradictions among its members make it prone to disintegration, pointing to what he described as "mutual hatred and the desire to overthrow each other."

This comes at a time when Russian President Vladimir Putin participated via video in an emergency virtual summit called by Brazil, with the participation of the leaders of the "BRICS" countries, to discuss the implications of recent U.S. trade actions.
