The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that air defenses dealt with 4 ballistic missiles and 25 drones coming from Iran on Sunday, as part of a series of recent assaults on the state that began on Saturday.

The ministry clarified that the Iranian assaults since their onset have targeted the UAE with 345 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1773 drones, confirming the air defenses' capability to handle them efficiently to protect cities and vital areas.

These attacks resulted in the martyrdom of 2 members of the UAE Armed Forces while performing their national duty, in addition to the death of 6 civilians of various nationalities including Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi, and Palestinian. Furthermore, 160 individuals sustained injuries ranging from minor to severe, from multiple nationalities, including Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, Indian, and others.
