Return of communications and internet to Kabul after a complete outage imposed by the "Taliban" authorities

The outage, which began last Monday evening, caused a state of general confusion, as mobile phone and internet networks were disrupted, affecting daily life and vital institutions in the country.
This action comes after a series of restrictions imposed by the Taliban on high-speed internet in some provinces over the past weeks, under the pretext of combating "vice," in implementation of the directives of the movement's supreme leader, Hibatullah Akhundzada.
