The Red Cross: Military operations hinder our teams' work in Gaza and the humanitarian situation has reached an unbearable stage

The International Red Cross confirmed on Wednesday that its relief teams are unable to operate effectively within the city of Gaza due to the ongoing intense military operations.  

The spokesperson indicated that the situation in the city has become dangerously unbearable, with civilians facing daily killings and forced displacement, amid a near-total collapse of essential services.  

He also clarified that the organization is trying to deliver medical aid to hospitals, but the field conditions hinder these efforts, threatening the lives of thousands of patients and injured individuals who are suffering from a severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies.
