The Minister of Administrative Development inaugurates the Directorate of Administrative Development and the Human Resources Development Center in Idlib

Idlib Governorate witnessed today the official opening of the Directorate of Administrative Development and the Human Resources Development Center, in the presence of the Syrian Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Al-Skaf, Idlib Governor Mr. Mohammad Abdul Rahman, and a number of local officials.
Minister Al-Skaf confirmed in a press statement during the inauguration ceremony that this project comes from the state's responsibility towards the governorate that has given a lot, saying: "From the land of steadfastness and sacrifices, and after the success of the loyalty campaign for Idlib, we affirm that giving does not only include money but also includes effort, energies, capabilities, and time to give the honorable governorate a part of its right upon us."
Al-Skaf explained that the inauguration represents a fundamental station in the institutional development journey, pointing out that "the opening of the Directorate of Administrative Development in Idlib is a fundamental station on the path to comprehensive institutional transformation to be the link between the ministry's programs and projects and the local reality."
The minister revealed the future plan for the directorate, which will focus on "organizing and restructuring public entities in the governorate, qualifying, training, and building the capacities of human resources within it, and simplifying its procedures in a way that positively reflects on the performance of public institutions within it."
He also pointed to the community role of the directorate, confirming that it "will work to provide a service identity for citizens that enhances the community's trust in state institutions," acknowledging what Idlib has provided, as he added: "Idlib has steadfastly endured and sacrificed, embraced the revolution, and thus deserves to be the starting point for the process of developing its administration."
The minister concluded his statement by affirming the ministry's role as an active partner in developing administrative work, saying: "We will be true partners for all institutions present in the governorate to advance the administrative reality, and the newly established directorate will be a model to be emulated in all governorates, with the aim of establishing administrative development directorates in all governorates in the near future."
