The Syrian Minister of Finance, Mohammad Yasar Burnia, said today, Saturday, that we aim to achieve new salary increases gradually, with employees in the education sector at the forefront.

Minister Burnia added on his LinkedIn account: "The goal is to reach unified and respectable salaries that ensure a decent life for all workers in the Syrian provinces".

He confirmed that there has been cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education to ensure the regular payment of teachers' salaries in Idlib province during the summer vacation without any deductions for the first time.
