South Kordofan Health Minister Survives Drone Attack on Her Home

South Kordofan Health Minister Jawahir Ahmed Suleiman survived an attack on her home by drones belonging to the Rapid Support Forces, which launched three missiles at her residence in Kadugli on Thursday evening.

The minister confirmed that the attack completely destroyed her home, but thanks to "divine care," she and her family survived. She noted that these incidents represent a recurring pattern of the Rapid Support Forces targeting civilians and vital facilities, including hospitals, schools, and mourning tents.

Suleiman emphasized the need to confront what she described as "systematic terrorism," asserting that she would not back down from her efforts until the country is cleansed of armed militias and ongoing violations are curtailed.
