SDF Shells Eastern Aleppo and the Army Responds to Sources of Fire

The Syrian Ministry of Defense reported that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) launched shelling from their positions at the Al-Jarrah Military Airport and around the town of Maskanah, targeting civilian homes in the villages of Al-Kayariyah, Rasem Al-Ahmar, and Habouba Kabir in eastern Aleppo.

The shelling resulted in the death of two people and the injury of three others.

A source in the ministry indicated that the defense forces responded to the sources of fire to ensure the protection of the residents and to safeguard their lives and properties, confirming that the targeting continues to this day.

The ministry affirmed that it will continue its efforts to protect and defend civilians.
