Ukrainian Air Force Reveals Details of the Attack

The Ukrainian Air Force stated today, Friday, that Russia launched a large-scale airstrike on Ukraine that began on Thursday evening, targeting several areas with a large number of drones.

The forces added that more than 400 long-range drones and 10 ballistic missiles were launched in the past 24 hours, most of which targeted areas near the front line.

Sirens and Explosions in 11 Ukrainian Regions

Reports indicated that sirens sounded in 11 Ukrainian regions, while the Vinnytsia region experienced explosions as a result of the attack, according to the Ukrainian newspaper "Novosti Live".

Russian Air Defense Destroys 192 Ukrainian Drones

For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that air defense systems destroyed 192 Ukrainian drones during the night in multiple areas including Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea, and the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Novgorod, Kursk, Kaluga, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tula, Tver, Oryol, and above Moscow and its suburbs.

Earlier today, the Governor of Tula Region, Dmitry Meliaev, wrote on his "Max" channel that local air defense managed to destroy 5 Ukrainian drones without any casualties or material damage.
