Aleppo University President, Dr. Mohammad Osama Raadoun, confirmed today, Thursday, that the university campus is now experiencing complete stability and a return to calm after the limited events that occurred today, indicating that the situation was quickly and wisely contained, with no reported injuries or significant damage.

Raadoun added: "I went directly to the university campus, where I was present among the students and overseeing the situation on the ground," emphasizing that the university will not abandon its students under any circumstances.

He revealed that safe accommodations were provided for students coming from Sweida Governorate, along with all necessary supplies.

Raadoun also confirmed his presence on the university campus up to this moment, in a clear message that the security of the students is an uncompromisable priority, and that the university administration relies on the students' awareness and their keenness to protect their university from any attempt to sow discord or disrupt the order.

Raadoun concluded by saying: "Aleppo University, with all its components, stands united against any behavior that threatens its stability, and will take legal action against anyone proven to be involved in any transgression or incitement, regardless of the circumstances."

The university campus witnessed a minor altercation in light of recent events, which was brought under control by the authorities and the university president, and the situation is currently stable.
