Netanyahu: We are making progress in striking targets in Iran and Lebanon, and cooperation with Washington is historic

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that the Israeli army is making progress in its military operations targeting what he described as "terrorist groups" in both Iran and Lebanon, emphasizing that the operations are ongoing and military action is not over yet.

Netanyahu added that the strikes carried out by the Israeli army have achieved what he termed significant results, but they remain part of a broader campaign that requires further operations in the next phase.

The Israeli Prime Minister noted that the level of coordination and military cooperation between Israel and the United States regarding operations against Iran is considered "historic," given the support and coordination between the two sides during the current escalation in the region.

These statements come at a time when mutual strikes and military tensions continue in the Middle East since the outbreak of the recent confrontation in late February.
