More than 3,400 killed in Iran during a month of war: civilians pay the highest price

The organization confirmed that the bombing of cities, especially the capital Tehran, has seen the highest rate since the outbreak of the war, with 701 strikes carried out in 24 hours across 278 incidents in 21 Iranian provinces.
Tehran as the primary target
The capital Tehran accounted for about 74% of the total strikes, reflecting a clear escalation in targeting urban and residential areas. These intensive attacks resulted in 173 casualties among civilians and military personnel during the latest wave of bombings.
Different estimates of casualties
While Hrana indicated more than 3,460 fatalities, the International Committee of the Red Cross estimated the death toll in Iran at around 1,900 people, with about 20,000 injured due to ongoing airstrikes, showing a significant gap in estimates of human losses.
In contrast, Israeli emergency services recorded 19 civilian deaths as a result of Iranian missile attacks, reflecting a large disparity in the scale of losses between the two sides.
