The minister pointed out that the Emir of the country, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad, affirmed that national unity represents the first line of defense for Kuwait, stressing that no practices that affect the social fabric or provoke strife or threaten the national security system will be allowed.

Sheikh Fahad Al-Yusuf clarified that the security situation in Kuwait is stable and at its best, under the leadership of the Emir and the Crown Prince, with the follow-up of the Prime Minister, urging citizens to adhere to official directives and to verify accuracy and avoid rumors that aim to destabilize, according to statements published by the Kuwait News Agency.

In this context, the minister revealed that recent security operations resulted in the dismantling of terrorist cells, with the involvement of several citizens in ideological and organizational links abroad, confirming that the Kuwaiti constitution does not recognize the existence of parties, and that any external affiliations pose a direct threat to the country's stability.

Sheikh Fahad Al-Yusuf praised the “honorable” performance of the armed forces, including the army, the Ministry of Interior, the National Guard, and the Fire Force, in countering Iranian attacks and affiliated factions, affirming their high competence in dealing with missiles and drones and protecting Kuwaiti territory.
