Hamas Leader: The Assassination Attempt in Doha Reveals American Collusion with Israel

Hamas leader Ghazi Hamad revealed that the movement's negotiating delegation was subjected to an assassination attempt last week in the Qatari capital, Doha, when the location they were meeting in was targeted by about 12 missiles in less than a minute. He explained that the leaders succeeded in evacuating the site quickly despite the intensity of the strikes, confirming that the incident "reveals the extent of Israeli lawlessness supported by the U.S.".
Hamad accused the United States of collusion with Israel in the attack, considering that what happened "represents a test of the security and dignity of the Arab and Islamic nation" and evidence that Washington was not an honest broker. He added that U.S. President Donald Trump "implicitly allowed" the attack just hours after the Hamas delegation submitted a negotiating proposal through Qatari mediators.
He confirmed that the movement will not succumb to American threats, emphasizing that the occupation alone bears responsibility for the lives of the prisoners in Gaza, while describing Hamas's dealings with the American mediation as a "bitter experience" that proved its complete bias towards Israel.
