Hamas: Disarmament "Out of Discussion" Despite Trump's Peace Plan for Gaza

These statements come on the second day of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, following the signing of an agreement in Sharm El Sheikh last Thursday to implement the first phase of Trump's plan.
Although the draft agreement did not address some controversial items, Trump's complete plan consisting of 20 points states:
- Disarmament of Hamas.
- Establishment of an international transitional administration (Peace Council) headed by Trump to manage Gaza after the war.
- Granting amnesty to Hamas members who surrender their weapons and allowing them to leave the enclave.
Trump indicated that the issue of weapon surrender will be raised in the second phase of the plan, while the details of implementation remain a major point of contention among the parties.
