Erdogan Warns of the Danger of War Expansion Between Iran, America, and Israel

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned on Wednesday of the danger of the war between Iran, the United States, and Israel extending and expanding in the region, emphasizing that Ankara's priority is to keep the country away from conflict.

Erdogan's statements came after the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the interception of an Iranian ballistic missile that entered Turkish airspace, marking the fourth such incident this month.
The ministry indicated that the missile was shot down by NATO's air and missile defense systems deployed in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Turkey confirmed that it officially protested the incident, while Tehran denied responsibility for the previous missile launches and called for a joint investigation to clarify the circumstances.

In the aftermath of the events, NATO began to strengthen its air defenses in Turkey, while Erdogan emphasized his country's intensive efforts to prevent the war from widening and to open the door for diplomatic solutions.
The Turkish president noted that Ankara is in continuous contact with Iran, the United States, and other countries to prevent the current tensions from escalating into a broader confrontation, asserting that the diplomatic path is still revivable.
