Young volunteer Mohannad Bakarah from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent won third place in the competition "Best Photograph Depicting Humanitarian Relief Work for the year 2025."

According to "Syria TV," Mohannad Bakarah won third place in the competition organized by the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross, with support from the Qatari Red Crescent.

As per the source, "Mohannad participated with a photo of a paramedic cradling a baby to transfer him from Douma to a hospital in Damascus for further treatment."

It is worth mentioning that the competition, held under the theme "Humanity Through the Eyes of an Artist," aims to enhance communication among national associations and highlight and document their humanitarian and relief efforts.
