On Thursday evening, the "Martinez Valero" Stadium in Elche, southeastern Spain, witnessed an impressive crowd of over 20,000 spectators who gathered to watch the Argentine national team training session led by their captain Lionel Messi in an open event for the public.

The "Tango" team has been in a training camp in the municipality of Algorfa in Alicante province since the beginning of the week, preparing for a friendly match on Friday in the Angolan capital, Luanda.

The stands of Elche's stadium, which competes in the Spanish league, were filled with a festive atmosphere celebrating the world champions; one of the stands was adorned with a large banner that read: "Welcome World Champions," while the electronic screens displayed motivational messages and images of Messi and Maradona holding the World Cup.

As Messi entered the field, the crowd erupted with cheers, welcoming him with chants and the famous song "Muchachos," while the Argentine national anthem echoed in the stands, reflecting the overwhelming popularity of the Argentine star and the love of the fans for the team crowned with the 2022 World Cup title.
