Judge Hassan Al-Turba is a prominent legal figure in the new Syria, hailing from the town of Al-Qahtaniyah in Al-Hasakah Governorate in the northeast of the country, known for its social and ethnic diversity. Al-Turba was raised in an environment of ethical and scientific values, known from a young age for his wisdom and balance, leading him to commit to issues of justice and human rights. Al-Turba obtained his law degree from Syrian universities, showing interest in human rights issues and public freedoms since his years of study, participating in numerous seminars and training programs in the judicial field, gaining extensive experience in handling complex legal issues.
