Chinese Foreign Minister: Washington must create the conditions for the two countries to return to the "right track" in their relationship.

Wang told Bierd that China has worked "sincerely and earnestly" to abide by the consensus reached by both sides after talks in Geneva, but "it is regrettable that the United States has recently introduced a series of 'negative measures' that China strongly opposes."
He added that the bilateral relations are at a critical juncture and that dialogue and cooperation are "the only right choice."
President Donald Trump accused China on Friday of violating a bilateral agreement to suspend tariffs and trade restrictions.
