The ship "Omar Mukhtar" joins the steadfast fleet and begins the collective journey to Gaza

The media office of the Libyan ship "Omar Mukhtar" announced its joining with the other ships of the steadfast fleet at the predetermined meeting point in the open sea, signaling the start of the joint phase of the humanitarian journey heading to Gaza.

The statement clarified that this joining represents a pivotal station in the course of the fleet, which includes ships from several countries, carrying activists and humanitarian aid in support of the besieged Palestinian people.

The Libyan ship is about 707 nautical miles away from the shores of Gaza, while participants assert that any aerial threats will not deter them from reaching their goal of delivering aid directly to the Palestinian people.
