According to information released by the relevant authorities, the first tremor occurred at 09:41 AM with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale and at a depth of 8.13 kilometers. Just ten seconds later, a second, stronger tremor followed with a magnitude of 4.1 at a depth of 6.84 kilometers, before the area recorded a third tremor ten seconds later with a magnitude of 4 at a depth of 7.87 kilometers.

Turkish media reported that the earthquakes caused a temporary state of panic among residents in the areas close to the epicenter of seismic activity; however, field surveys did not detect any injuries or damage to infrastructure or residential buildings.
