Minister of Syrian Emergencies and Disasters, Raed Al-Saleh, said on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Abdul Basset Al-Sarout, that his voice, which echoed with freedom and dignity, will not fade away, and his chant rose above the sound of bullets to express the will of the entire people. Al-Saleh wrote in a tweet on the "X" platform: "We will not forget those who sacrificed their lives for Syria to be free and dignified," recalling the martyrs of the Syrian Civil Defense, who saved lives under bombardment, and offered their lives as a price to protect civilians, from the revolution squares to the rescue fields, the martyrs write the true Syrian memory.
