Thiago Avila, a member of the "Freedom Fleet" coalition committee, reported the navigation devices malfunction on the ship "Madelin" heading to Gaza today, Sunday, accusing Israel of attempting to "stop or attack them." In a video posted by Avila on the "X" platform, he said: "According to our navigation system, we are now only 162 nautical miles away from Gaza, where we are located. We are at an airport in Jordan." A picture in the video shows the fleet. "We know what this means when they start disrupting our communications and devices. This means they are preparing to stop or attack us," Avila said. Avila blamed Israel, adding: "We have all heard reports in the Israeli media about special forces. They are preparing to commit a war crime. We must stop this. If we put enough pressure on countries and governments, we can pressure Israel not to bear the responsibility for attacking us and stopping us. We still have a chance to save this humanitarian aid, the ship, this mission, and ourselves." He called on fleet supporters to provide assistance, saying: "We rely on you. This mission has been incredibly successful so far in raising awareness and spreading hope, but we must ensure our ability to deliver food to those starving."
