NATO: The flight of drones over Denmark is a threat we take seriously

The Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, confirmed that the alliance is taking the incident of drone flights over airports in Denmark "very seriously," noting that the protection of critical infrastructure is a top priority for the alliance.
Rutte wrote in a post on the "X" platform on Thursday:
> "I just spoke with the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, regarding the issue of drones that we are taking very seriously."
He added: "NATO and Denmark are working together to ensure the security and safety of our critical infrastructure."
These statements come at a time when European concerns are increasing regarding threatening activities towards infrastructure amid rising geopolitical tensions.
