Engineer Mustafa Abdul Razzaq (born in 1989) has been reappointed as the Minister of Public Works and Housing in the new Syrian government, after previously holding the same position in the transitional government led by Mohammed Al-Bashir since December 12, 2024.

Abdul Razzaq has extensive experience in the engineering and administrative fields, holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Aleppo University (2011), in addition to a specialized diploma in Public Administration, Project Management, and Institutional Development.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including: General Director at the General Directorate of Public Works and Roads in the Syrian Interim Government (2024–2025), Head of the Engineering Studies and Supervision Department, General Manager of Project Management in Northwest Syria, and Engineer in the Engineering Projects Department at Bab al-Hawa Crossing (2017–2019).

Abdul Razzaq has overseen the implementation of numerous projects in Northwest Syria, qualifying him for this high position. His appointment was part of the new government lineup announced on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
