Croatian veteran player, Luka Modric, announced on Thursday that he will leave Real Madrid after the FIFA Club World Cup scheduled for June and July. Modric stated on Instagram, "I will play my final matches at the Santiago Bernabeu when Real Madrid faces Real Sociedad in the last round of the Spanish League." Modric has defended Real Madrid since 2012, winning numerous titles with the club. He has won the local league 4 times and the UEFA Champions League 6 times, sharing a record with his teammates.
