Macron: Israeli settlement is illegal and undermines stability in the region

French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed that the Israeli settlement policy in the Palestinian territories contradicts international law and constitutes a factor for chaos and instability, emphasizing the need for international action to stop these practices.  

Macron explained that the solution lies in deploying an international force to establish stability in the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with Jordan and Egypt, ensuring the protection of civilians and creating conditions for lasting peace.  

He pointed out that France will continue to work with its regional and international partners to enhance security and support reconstruction, affirming that any political settlement must be based on respect for international law and the rights of the Palestinian people.
