Lavrov at the United Nations: Palestine First.. and the West Blackmails Iran and Isolates Ukraine from Solutions

Lavrov opened his speech by praising the increasing international efforts to recognize the Palestinian state, warning that Israel is seeking to "blow up the entire region" by using force against the Palestinians and launching attacks on countries such as Iran, Qatar, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq.
He emphasized that collective punishment in Gaza cannot be justified, stressing Russia's rejection of plans to annex the West Bank, and calling on the international community to adhere to relevant United Nations resolutions.
Regarding the war that has been ongoing for more than three years, Lavrov stated that Russia remains open to negotiations, but sees that Kyiv rejects any initiative for dialogue.
He added that any agreement must ensure Russia's security and strategic interests, pointing out that the West continues to support Ukraine without providing realistic solutions.
Lavrov accused Western powers of attempting to illegally reimpose UN sanctions on Iran after the nuclear negotiations stalled.
He explained that a Russian-Chinese proposal to extend the nuclear agreement was met with rejection, which, according to him, reveals the West's desire to undermine any constructive path.
He also condemned the attacks targeting Iranian nuclear facilities under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
In response to statements by U.S. President Donald Trump calling for the downing of Russian planes, Lavrov stressed that Russia does not seek to attack NATO or European Union countries, but warned that any aggression against his country would be met with a "decisive" response.
