In cooperation with the organization "For Humanity": Signing an agreement to rehabilitate a training center in Aleppo

The Ministry of Administrative Development signed a partnership agreement on Wednesday with the organization "For Humanity" (Action For Humanity) aimed at rehabilitating and equipping a training center in the Maysalon area of Aleppo Governorate.
This step comes as part of a broader plan to rehabilitate training centers in various governorates, in cooperation with partner organizations.
Mr. Mohammad Hijazi, Director of Programs at the ministry, explained that the goal of this agreement is "to build the capacities of public sector workers and improve the quality of services provided to citizens".
Hijazi added: "The ministry organizes training courses regularly and follows up on their results through a specialized department for performance measurement in capacity building management".
For his part, the country director of the organization, Dr. Abdul Karim Aqziz, confirmed that this agreement "represents a step in the transition from humanitarian response to development", pointing out that the organization "works through its offices in several governorates, focusing on supporting infrastructure, economic recovery, and community empowerment, in addition to providing community training and enhancing the efficiency of public sector employees".
It is worth noting that the organization "For Humanity" is a non-governmental organization that works in the fields of humanitarian relief and long-term recovery, paying special attention to supporting the most vulnerable groups.
