Customs and security personnel at the Naseeb border crossing managed to intercept a large shipment of narcotics that was carefully hidden inside one of the export shipments destined for Saudi Arabia.

A statement released by the General Authority of Border and Maritime Ports on its Telegram channel stated: "This operation was successful thanks to the high vigilance and thorough inspection carried out by customs and security teams at the crossing, as part of their continuous efforts to combat smuggling, control border crossings, and enhance border security."

The statement added that full details of the operation will be announced later, after completing the necessary investigations and legal procedures.
