Death Traps Continue.. UN Reports Killing of 1373 Palestinians While Waiting for Aid in Gaza

In Gaza Strip, all forms and arts of death are manifested, with the harshest targeting the Gazans waiting for a handful of flour or aid packages distributed in designated 'safe' locations. However, the United Nations has announced that at least 1373 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire since May 27 while trying to get food at aid distribution centers.


The UN office added that 'Israeli forces open fire and shell Palestinians around the sites of the 'Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,' with 859 Palestinians killed around the sites of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and 514 along the routes of food aid convoys.

It further stated that this is happening despite the Israeli army's announcement on July 27 of a 'temporary halt to military operations' in the western areas of Gaza City until the crossings for specified hours 'to improve humanitarian response.'
