British Astronomer Invents 'Festive' Names for Six Newly Discovered Star Clusters

The British newspaper Daily Mail reported that astronomer Mark Thompson has managed to observe six new star clusters in the sky over Britain, and he has chosen unusual names inspired by dishes typically served at events and celebrations.
According to the newspaper, Thompson named these star clusters: “Nugget Chicken Pieces,” “Shrimp Ring,” “Mini Pizza,” “Cabbage Pork” — which is a popular British dish consisting of sausage wrapped in bacon — in addition to “Sausage Rolls” and “Cheese on a Stick.”
The British scientist explained that the best time to view these "celestial meals" is on Thursday night, as it coincides with the appearance of the new moon crescent, providing dim lighting that helps in clearly observing the stars.
He added that the gentle moonlight will make observing these new clusters easier, noting that the conditions will be ideal for enjoying the sky scene.
