Axios reported that an American official stated that President Donald Trump's administration demands Iran agree to the indefinite duration of any nuclear deal.

The official added that the United States seeks expanded talks regarding Iran's missile program in the event of reaching a nuclear agreement. The official also indicated that Trump might accept symbolic uranium enrichment on the condition that the Iranians confirm they will not develop a nuclear weapon.

Axios also mentioned that American officials such as Witkoff and Kushner plan to discuss a detailed proposal for the nuclear deal with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Geneva, which is a proposal drafted by Iran.
