Zabadani: Ammar Al-Ashrafani – 15 votes
Qatana: Khaled Arafat Arabi – 18 votes
Tall: Ayman Abdo Shamo – 24 votes
Darya: Mouayed Habib – 30 votes
Nabek: Mohammad Sharif Taleb – 18 votes
Qatana: Ali Masoud Masoud – 12 votes
Rural Damascus and Yabroud:
- Mohammad Suleiman Al-Dahla – 75 votes
- Mohammad Azzam Haidar – 68 votes
- Hassan Ahmed Saif Al-Din Ataya – 65 votes
Douma:
- Hossam Hamdan – 105 votes
- Nizar Al-Shayeb – 103 votes
- Mustafa Saqr – 91 votes
